I keep meaning to write this, but have been very busy at work. A quick note of feedback for the work done at my flat a couple of weeks ago:

1) I appreciate that you responded to my internet query within the hour.

2) Your electrician - Barry - arrived on time and got straight on with the job. He was honest and accurate about how long it would take and dealt with any problems there and then.

3) You sent me a 'paid' invoice within three days and there were no hidden extras.

Can't say fairer than that. I would definitely recommend your firm to others.
